There is no Airport on Patmos

By Ferry there are 6 to 7 a week from Piraeus with almost daily connections to Rhodes, Kalymnos, Leros and Kos. Twice a week with Samos and once or twice a week with Ikaria. During summer there are excursion boats to various other destinations such as Lipsi.

• There is almost daily ferry service from Piraeus, 11 hrs €30
• Daily Ferries to: Kalymnos, Leros, Rhodes, and Kos.
• Less frequent connection exist to: Samos, Mykonos, Lipsi, and Agathonisi.
• Once a week: Naxos, Paros, Telos and Nisyros
• Hydrofoils service: Leros, Kalymnos, Lipsi, Agathonisi, Fourni, Samos, and Ikaria
• There's bus and water taxi service on the island that will get you to most beaches and villages
